On August 18, General Motors submitted the application materials to the Ministry of Commerce and supplemented the application materials on August 28 and 31 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce. On August 31st, the Ministry of Commerce considered that the application materials were in compliance with the standards stipulated in Article 23 of the Anti-Monopoly Law. A preliminary review of the application was made and General Motors was notified.
