Calling ultra-deep well drilling rigs at home and abroad

From 2005, the first 4000m drilling rig was developed. In 2006, the first set of fast-moving fast-loading drilling rigs in China, and then to the 7000-meter drilling rig in 2008 and the low-temperature wheel-rail drilling rig in 2009, the four-machine company insisted on technological innovation and developed petroleum equipment features. In recent years, due to the impact of low oil prices, the drilling engineering market has entered a cold winter period, and equipment demand has fallen in a cliff-like manner. The four-machine company faced the problem and insisted on combining scientific and technological innovation with engineering practice and striving to find market growth points. According to the person in charge of the company's science and technology management department, the turnaround appeared in 2016. On July 14th, at the Sinopec Petroleum Engineering West Workplace Drilling Symposium, the company was informed that according to the “13th Five-Year Plan” of Sinopec Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, the deep and ultra-deep oil and gas in the Northwest and the unconventional oil and gas in the Southwest. Development and utilization will become the focus of the next stage of land oil and gas drilling operations. It is planned to promote “three million tons of production capacity” during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period (to build a million-ton capacity in Shunbei District and to cultivate a million blocks in Shunbei Tonnage capacity, preparation for the second-fourth block of Shunbei million-ton capacity) to take over the construction of the position. However, with the further development and development of the western industrial area, the block wells are deep to 8000m-9000m, and the southwestern work area is also facing severe challenges with complex geological structures, uncertain reservoirs and deep wells exceeding 8000m. This information has enabled the four-machine company to sharply capture new changes in the domestic drilling rig market demand.

At the same time, the demand for ultra-deep well drilling rigs in foreign countries has gradually increased. In August 2016, Siji Company learned from the overseas drilling rig market research in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates that the Middle East is also facing the development needs of 7000 meters deep ultra-deep wells, long horizontal wells and directional wells.

Strictly control the quality of equipment manufacturing

The 9000-meter drilling rig is one of the petrochemical machinery “four-machine” brand drilling rig sequence equipment. It is the “milestone” product that the company promotes the research and development technology of ultra-deep well drilling rigs to a new level and provides equipment support for engineering operations.

To this end, the company attaches great importance to the development of 9000 meters drilling rig. Previously, in accordance with the principle of “advanced technology, reliable performance, convenient transportation, and economical operation”, they carried out special investigations, designed and completed the manufacturing plan of the 9000-meter drilling rig, and passed the evaluation of the expert group of the petroleum engineering company on November 21, 2016. .

In order to meet the low temperature minus 35 ° C operation requirements, the company used a certain type of high strength, high toughness, high performance low temperature steel for the first time in the rig manufacturing. At the beginning of the project, users were skeptical about the company's welding processing capabilities. “It’s a small thing to lose a personal face, and the responsibility of the brand of the company is big.” Qu Xiaohong, senior technician of electric welding of the structural equipment factory of Siji Company, as the main operator of welding welding technology for new material welding, together with technical engineers, a large number of domestic and foreign Data, from the joint form, wire selection, electric welding flow selection, and other aspects of repeated attempts, excellence in each welding process evaluation test piece, through nearly a hundred tests, successfully completed the new material welding evaluation work, dispelling user concerns.

On this basis, the company's Materials Technology Research Institute, Quality Control Center and structural parts factory fully communicated, by analyzing the amount of welding deformation in the early stage of new materials, reviewing the previous main structural tooling control methods of similar structural parts, measuring the possible processing deformation position and deformation The quantity, in written form, specifies the quality control criteria, straightness, distortion, weld forming standards of the 9000-meter rig assembly, and the rig derrick and base assembly design requirements.

In order to ensure the assembly quality of the whole machine, the 9000-meter rig base column was completed by the whole machining method after the group welding and forming, which changed the processing technology of the first-plate processing and re-welding welding which was used for many years. The precision between the hole positions of the base column was effectively guaranteed. .

"9000 meters drilling rig design and manufacturing strictly implements ISO9001, ISO14000 quality control and environmental control standards, in line with API, GB, SY series standards and specifications." Lin Junquan, director of the four-machine quality control center said.

Put the user's needs first

In April of this year, after nearly half a year of hard work, all the work of the 9000-meter rig of the four-machine company was ready before the start of the comprehensive scheduling stage. At this time, the user's design rectification requirements were received.

"Standing from the customer's point of view, combining its own technological advantages with the actual needs of users, and constantly providing users with the best products and best services" has always been the starting point for the work of the scientific research personnel of the four-machine company. According to the user's request, the project R&D team immediately launched the design rectification plan. After one month, the rig floor layout was re-modified, and the original split-type turntable drive was changed to the integrated turntable drive device, which reduced the user's disassembly and installation workload. The convenience of maintenance of the rig is improved; the hole of the rig rat is moved forward to better adapt to the operation and usage habits of domestic users.

In the third quarter, the 9000-meter drilling rig was transferred from the drawing design to the manufacturing, and five user representatives were supervised by the company. The four-machine company sent a special person to participate in the whole process and cooperate with the user supervision work, establish a smooth information mechanism and early warning mechanism, and respond in a timely manner. The task is up to the post, the responsibility is to the person, and the project plan node is guaranteed to be implemented on schedule.

Putting customer needs first, standing on the customer's point of view, actively improving and optimizing equipment, pursuing perfection in every detail, the four-machine rigorous and conscientious work attitude has been recognized by customers, the acceptance meeting on September 27.
