We provide a one-year limited warranty for all machines from the date of purchase
1. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not apply to:
♦ Improper or inadequate maintenance
♦ Misusage and mishandling
♦ Damaged by wrong voltage use
♦ Physical damage (e.g., dropping parts on the floor or into water, broken case, etc.)
2. What is the repair, exchange & refund policy?
Exchange and refund only on large defective units (beyond repair). For used machines, we can only support repair service.
Repair: We provide free spare parts (main board and motor) within the warranty period. Buyers should provide serial number and photos of the defective machine, but pay for shipping and return the damaged parts.
Exchange: If reported within one month of arrival, we accept the exchange. Buyer needs to pay the return sea freight and the new machine's freight.
Refund: If reported within one week of arrival, we accept the refund, but only after receiving the returned goods.
3. What about after the one-year warranty expires?
We still offer repair service even after the warranty ends, and we can provide lifelong support.
