1. Feeding system: We have developed the volumetric feeder and continuous gravimetric automatic feeding system. On volumetric feeder system, we sue new design type feeder which avoid the powder leakage shortage; The gravimetric feeder adopts Siemens PLC and International barnd load cells, through PROFIBUS to achieve close-loop control, so that it increase the accuracy of feeding, also realized the industry automation.

2. Driving parts: We use best brand motor, AC or DC are both available. Also ABB or Siemens motor as optional.

3. Transmission System: our gearbox is used tri-axis structure, which combine reductina nd torque distribution gotether. All bearing is NSK or SKF. Or you can deside by yourself

4. Screw rotating speed: current, we have standar twin screw extruder from 400-600RPM, we will suggest customer to use suitable RPM extruder according processing material

5. Screw combination: All screw parts are all segments parts, the L/D can be from 28-60, Customer can easy to change to screw design to meet different polymer processing, so that we can use one machine for different purpose process, the screw parts are made of high-speed tool steel, also wieth so many years experience, we designed different tyep kneading elements, mixing elements, gear disk etc.

Plastic Pipe Vacuum Calibration Tank

The Molten Extrudate in The Extruder Is Drawn into The First Vacuum Chamber Through Calibration

The Vacuum Then Forces the Plastic Against the Calibration Tool While Cooling Its Surface Enough to Maintain Proper Dimensions. Cooling Water Enters the Chamber Through the Spray Bar.

The Calibrated Plastic Is Pulled Through a Second Vacuum Tank, Where It Is Cooled by Water Filling the Compartment. A Vacuum Can Be Applied to The Chamber to Help Maintain the Shape of The Plastic Product.

Depending On the Size of The Pipe, The Cooling System of The Vacuum Sizing Machine Can Be Cooled by Spray Cooling. Generally, Full Immersion Is Required When the Pipe Diameter Is Small, And Spray Cooling Is Appropriate When the Pipe Diameter Is Large.

After Cooling, The Plastic Product Passes Through the Final Chamber. The Rollers Help Guide the Plastic Through the Vacuum Setting Machine.
