New type of reciprocating compressor valve is available in Wenzhou

The author learned from the 14th National Methanol Technology Annual Conference that has recently concluded that a new type of reciprocating compressor valve developed by combining new technologies and new materials at home and abroad has been immersed in Zhejiang Wenzhou Bolei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. for many years. Research has now come out and is beginning to be equipped with chemical production.

It is understood that Bo Lei Company is a technology-based joint-stock company specializing in the development and production of complete sets of compressor products for chemical and fertilizer applications. It has the ability to develop and design complete sets of various gas medium compressors. The company has developed a series of products such as oil-free lubricating carbon dioxide compressors and nitrogen and hydrogen compressors for ammonia synthesis.

At present, the gas valve has successfully entered the field of process flow. Compared with the flap valve, the valve adopts a streamlined design, which reduces the entry of debris and improves the reliability of the compressor. It is more durable than the ordinary metal valve, especially in the production of coal chemical and fertilizer, normal working conditions. The lower service life can be 4 to 6 times longer than that of the conventional structural valve.

3. Self-developed six-meter press machine of mould inside shell. The inside shell seam extends from two meters to six meters, to minimize welds and mould strength and improve the external appearance of the products
