The localization full-density polyethylene large-scale pelletizing template installed by the chemical division of Maoming Branch was organized and implemented in August 2006 and Liaoyang Sijia Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. has been operating continuously since it was launched. It has produced 160,000 tons of qualified products. With the technical performance and application requirements of similar imported products, the localization of large-scale pelletizing templates has been successfully achieved.
The granulation template is an expensive and easily-depleting component in the production equipment of polyethylene and polypropylene raw materials. The domestic production capacity is weak, and the large-scale pelletizing template has long relied mainly on imports.
It is reported that during the “11th Five-Year Plan†period, there will be more than a dozen large-scale polyethylene and polypropylene production lines in China that will be started or put into operation. Large-scale pelletizing stencils, which are important accessories, will have a large demand.
