MANN+HUMMEL acquires Vokes Air, an air filter specialist of Riverside

March 3rd, 2014 - German filtering expert MANN+HUMMEL recently acquired VokesAir, an international private equity firm owned by Riverside. Headquartered in Sweden, VokesAir is a leading supplier of filtration solutions for the production and distribution of air filters for interior and processing applications. In Europe, VokesAir has 400 employees, mainly in Germany, Sweden and the United Kingdom. This acquisition is an important measure of MANN+HUMMEL's strategic development, which will help increase the company's share of the filter market outside the automotive industry.
