German auto parts industry expects emerging markets

According to surveys conducted by German PWC Consulting and German Automotive Industry Association in German companies, German auto companies are generally optimistic about the market outlook. The 3/4 companies expect the medium and long-term market development to be good, but think that market competition will become increasingly fierce. The survey shows that German auto parts companies plan to increase their efforts in the development of emerging markets, with 34% of companies intend to invest in European countries outside the EU to reduce costs; 21% of companies intend to invest in or purchase Chinese production before the film Companies; while the interest in North American and European economic zone investment is only 20% and 15 respectively; 32% of companies plan to stay in Germany or expand their business locally. The survey also showed that German auto parts companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are generally plagued by capital bottlenecks, and therefore tend to expand their businesses through financing or co-production. In foreign investment cooperation, 60% of companies choose joint ventures.
