This range of engineering class sprocket is designed to mesh with welded steel offset link chains under low speed, heavy load conditions. After integral tempering and quenching, the product comes with optimized toughness, strength, and comprehensive performance. The teeth come with high hardness due to high frequency quenching treatment, which minimizes teeth wearing.
To suit varied application demands, the welded steel chain sprocket can be made into the assembled type. The assembled type sprocket-wheel is divided into two parts along its center line, and the two parts can be assembled and disassembled on-site to ensure easy installation and maintenance.
